施工管理
The Renewable Energy Engineer will work on a wide range of renewable energy plant projects throughout their
lifecycle and support needed to enable project success. While there will be a focus on the purchase of
development projects and operational assets, activities will also include projects under development,
construction, and operation. The Renewable Energy Engineer will frequently and proactively interact with
internal and external counterparties to achieve results and will be a key contributor in activities that drive our
future competitiveness.
Key Accountabilities
- Supporting technical due diligence activities for new and existing projects
- Providing and coordinating technical support for projects working together with other Sonnedix functions
and external consultants
- Reviewing, analyzing, optimizing and reporting on technical deliverables provided by counterparties
- Conducting and reporting on project site visits
- Conducting irradiation and yield assessments using simulation tools (e.g. PVSyst) to assess plant
performance
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new projects into the portfolio
- Liaising directly with counterparties to support activities
- Participating in meetings with various counterparties to promote project understanding
- Optimizing our technical requirements to enhance competitiveness
- Investigating, researching, reporting and presenting on renewable energy-related technologies and
regulations
- Establishing and maintaining a strong industry network to promote the company’s activities
- Working together with cross-functional global teams to improve competitiveness
- Supporting and participating in ESG activities initiated by the company

幅広く携わり、プロジェクトを成功に導くために必要なサポートを提供します。
この職務は、プロジェクトの買収および運用中のアセットに係る作業を中心に業務を行いますが、
開発中、建設中および運用中のプロジェクトに係る業務も含まれます。
再生可能エネルギーエンジニアは成果を上げるため、頻繁に、そして積極的に社内外の
関係者と交流することで結果をもたらし、当社の競争力強化活動に貢献する重要な役割
を担います。
応募条件
<経験>
•理系の学士または電気、機械またはその他再生可能エネルギーに関連する分野を専門とする
関連学位を取得していること
•再生可能エネルギーセクターに関心があり、
社内トレーニングの受講を通して
迅速に学べるモチベーションがあること
•再生可能エネルギーセクターでの経験があれば望ましい
•MSオフィスアプリケーションの
高度な使用能力があること
•外国籍の場合は、
日本での就労許可を取得していること。
-新規および既存プロジェクトに対する技術的デューデリジェンス活動への支援を行うこと
-ソネディックス社内の他部門および外部コンサルタントと共に業務に取り組み、プロジェクトに対する技術的支援の提供や調整を行うこと
-関係者より提供される技術的成果物を確認および分析し、最適化および報告を行うこと
-プロジェクトサイトの視察を実施し、報告を行うこと
-プラントパフォーマンスを評価するためにシミュレーションツール(例えば、PVSyst等)を使用して日射量および収量評価を実施すること
-新規プロジェクトをポートフォリオに導入する際のオンボーディングおよび統合作業を支援すること
-活動を支援するために関係者と直接連絡を取り合うこと
-さまざまな関係者との会議に参加し、プロジェクトへの理解を推進すること
-競争力向上のために技術要件を最適化すること
-再生可能エネルギーに関連する技術や法令規則について調査と研究を行い、報告と発表を行うこと
-当社の活動を推進するために業界で堅固なネットワークを確立し、維持すること
-部門間を横断してグローバルチームと作業を行い、競争力を向上すること
-当社が主導するESG活動を支援して、参加すること
•Right to work in Japan
•Bachelor of Science or related degree with focus on electrical,
mechanical or in any renewable energy related field
•Interest in the renewable energy sector with the motivation
to learn quickly from internal training provided
•Experience in the renewable energy sector is beneficial
•Advanced capabilities in MS Office applications
•Licensed to drive in Japan is beneficial
•Written and spoken Japanese on high business level, able to converse and write in English
